BBC hails it as the best Bond since Golden Eye. I'm not sure what to think about it. Bond is, by nature, awfully visual and the conversation is awfully korny. But it had some good points. I think the ending was awful, too obvious and drawn out and kinda boring, but the first 2 hours were solid Bond, quite cool and the new bond actor pulls it off very nicely. I'd, over-all, recommend it, except the last 30 minutes.

I liked the movie myself, it was pretty good, and not really your typical bond movie in my oppinion.

I saw it yesterday. I am fortunate that my local AMC movie house has dvs capabilities because trying to keep track of a movie like this without it would be nearly impossible.
